1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the zz22 website located at https://zz22.io and all associated mobile-optimised versions, subdomains, and services operated under the zz22 brand.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "zz22", "We", "Us", or "Our" refers to the operator of the zz22 platform and all personnel, agents, affiliates, and technology partners operating under the zz22 brand.
• "Games" means any casino game, slot machine, live dealer game, crash game, or sports betting market available on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback offer, deposit match, or other promotional benefit offered by zz22 to Players.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the currency in which all transactions on the Platform are denominated.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering procedures required to be followed by zz22 in the course of its operations.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures applied to Player accounts.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By accessing the Platform, clicking any "I Agree" checkbox, completing the registration form, or making a deposit, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

2.2 These Terms and Conditions apply in addition to any specific game rules, bonus terms, promotional terms, and any other policies published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2.3 If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the Platform and must close your Account immediately by contacting support at [email protected].

3. Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any part of the Platform. zz22 operates a strict 21+ policy across all services. Players who are found to be under 21 years of age at any point will have their Account closed immediately, any pending bets voided, and any remaining balance — minus previously withdrawn amounts — returned to the payment source.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is operated for players located in Bangladesh. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether using the Platform is lawful in their specific jurisdiction. zz22 makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in any particular location outside Bangladesh.

3.3 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering an Account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false registration details is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

3.4 One Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate or secondary accounts — whether under the same or different identity — is prohibited. zz22 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any winnings generated through them.

3.5 Identity Verification (KYC). zz22 may require you to complete identity verification at any time, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or in response to a transaction flagged by our AML systems. Required documents may include a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence, together with proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe requested will result in withdrawal suspension until verification is completed.

4. Account Management

4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility regardless of whether it was authorised by you, unless you have notified zz22 of a suspected security breach promptly.

4.2 Breach Notification. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify zz22 immediately at [email protected]. zz22 will investigate all such reports and may temporarily suspend the Account while the investigation is ongoing.

4.3 Account Accuracy. You are responsible for keeping your registration information accurate and up to date. Changes to your name, address, mobile number, or payment method must be communicated to zz22 support promptly. zz22 is not liable for delays or failures in payment processing arising from outdated account information.

4.4 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as inactive. zz22 will make reasonable efforts to contact you via your registered email address before applying any inactivity processing. Balances in inactive accounts will be maintained and remain accessible upon re-authentication.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. zz22 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). zz22 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion fees are charged.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single-transaction deposit limit, though zz22 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to large deposits in accordance with its AML obligations.

5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take between one and three business hours to clear depending on the sending institution.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to KYC completion and the satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. Withdrawals to mobile wallets carry zero fees. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your name that has previously been used to make a deposit on the Platform.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering. zz22 operates strict AML controls. Deposits that cannot be verified as originating from a legitimate source may be held pending investigation. zz22 reserves the right to return a deposit to its source and close an Account where AML concerns cannot be resolved. Deposits must not be made for purposes other than genuine gameplay.

5.6 Chargeback Prohibition. Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with a payment provider in respect of a completed deposit is considered a breach of these Terms. zz22 will contest all such chargebacks and reserves the right to close the relevant Account and pursue recovery of any funds lost through the chargeback process.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotional terms for that offer. Where no wagering requirement is stated, a default wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount applies.

6.2 One Bonus Per Promotion. Each promotional offer is available once per Player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times through multiple accounts or payment methods constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and any derived winnings.

6.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses not utilised within 30 calendar days of being credited to an Account will expire automatically and be removed from the Account balance without notice.

6.4 Game Contributions. Not all Games contribute equally toward the wagering requirement for a bonus. Live casino table games and certain slot titles may contribute at a reduced rate. The contribution rate for each game category is published in the bonus terms for each promotion.

6.5 Bonus Abuse. zz22 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings accumulated through them if it determines, in its reasonable judgement, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, exploited a technical error, used automated software to play, or otherwise acted contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each Game or betting market and may vary by game type, market, and Account status. zz22 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.

7.2 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void where: (a) it is placed on an event that was already concluded at the time of placement; (b) it was accepted due to a manifest pricing error; (c) the relevant sports event or game is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned in circumstances defined in the specific game or sport rules; or (d) technical failure caused incorrect odds or game outcomes to be displayed.

7.3 Manifest Errors. zz22 reserves the right to void bets and/or cancel winnings that arise from a manifest error in odds compilation, game display, or technical processing. A manifest error is one that a reasonable person in the Player's position would have recognised as incorrect at the time of placing the bet.

7.4 Match Fixing and Integrity. Placing bets on events that a Player knows, or has reasonable grounds to suspect, have been manipulated or fixed is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. zz22 cooperates with sports integrity bodies including the ICC Anti-Corruption Unit where relevant. Such accounts will be immediately suspended pending investigation, and findings may be reported to relevant authorities.

7.5 RNG Fairness. All casino games, slots, and RNG-based titles available on the Platform use independently certified random number generators. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are the actual values applied to games on the Platform and reflect the theoretical long-term return across all sessions.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 zz22 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. We provide Players with a range of tools to manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, wagering limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and full self-exclusion.

8.2 Self-Exclusion. Any Player who believes they may have a problem with gambling may request self-exclusion by contacting support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours and will prevent the Player from accessing their Account for the duration specified, which may range from 30 days to permanent exclusion.

8.3 Minor Protection. zz22 takes the protection of minors extremely seriously. If you are aware of any person under the age of 21 who has accessed the Platform, you must report this immediately to support. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent underage access to gambling websites.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to generate winnings that would not have been generated under normal game operation.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to conduct any transaction that constitutes or facilitates a criminal offence.
• Creating or operating multiple Accounts to circumvent any restriction, claim multiple bonuses, or otherwise exploit Platform systems.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC, or payment processing.
• Attempting to manipulate, reverse engineer, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the Platform.
• Placing bets with the knowledge or reasonable expectation that the underlying event has been fixed or manipulated.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the zz22 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, images, game assets, software, and data compilations — is the property of zz22 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to reproducing, distributing, modifying, creating derivative works from, or commercially exploiting any part of the Platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. zz22 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

11.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zz22 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of winnings arising from technical failures, service interruptions, or data errors.

11.3 zz22's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by zz22's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

12. Termination and Suspension

12.1 zz22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, AML concerns, or regulatory requirements. Where permitted, zz22 will provide notice of closure and process any eligible withdrawal balance.

12.2 Players may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method, subject to outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.

12.3 Where an Account is closed due to breach of these Terms, zz22 may retain any balance in the Account as a set-off against any amounts owed by the Player to zz22.

13. Privacy and Data

13.1 zz22 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference.

13.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, AML compliance, fraud prevention, and the delivery of personalised promotional offers.

13.3 zz22 will not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your prior consent. Data may be shared with regulated third-party payment processors, identity verification providers, and sports integrity bodies as required for the operation of the Platform.

14. Amendments to These Terms

14.1 zz22 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on record at least 7 days before the amended terms take effect.

14.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.

14.3 The most current version of these Terms is always available at https://zz22.io/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

15.1 These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming services.

15.2 In the event of a dispute, Players must first contact zz22 support at [email protected] to seek resolution through the Platform's internal complaints procedure. zz22 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) and aim to resolve them within 14 business days.

15.3 Where an amicable resolution cannot be reached through the internal complaints procedure, the dispute may be referred to a mutually agreed independent arbitration process. zz22 and the Player agree that any arbitration proceedings will be conducted in English.
